Biography
Justice Okezie Osondu is a multi-talented, resourceful, and committed professional with over two decades of diverse experience in administrative leadership, project management, ICT training, and corporate security. Known for his creativity, discipline, and dedication, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results across private sector organizations and national development projects in Nigeria.
Currently serving as the Executive Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO of Orion Atlantic Ltd, a major player in oil and gas, construction, and civil engineering, Justice plays a key role in liaising with investors, managing high-level correspondence, and overseeing daily administrative functions. His background also includes serving as General Manager at Fortewings Security Services Ltd, where he successfully led operational reforms and staff development programs within the security sector.
Justice holds an LL.B in Law and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Criminology and Security Studies at the National Open University of Nigeria. He has also earned several professional certifications in international business, human resource management, ICT, security operations, and social media.
Beyond his administrative and technical skills, Justice has led ICT training programs for government employees and nomadic education staff under Millennium Development Goals (MDG) projects. His career has also spanned real estate, construction, and consulting, where he provided project coordination and technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
An excellent communicator fluent in English and Igbo, with a working knowledge of Hausa, Justice is passionate about leadership, security, and digital innovation. He is a proud member of Rotary International and the Police Community Relations Committee. Outside of work, he enjoys motivational speaking, writing, stand-up comedy, cooking, and engaging in community-building initiatives.
